Exact moment of the August 2014 Full Moon and if my itinerary works out well. . . looks like i should be in my cozy bungalo near beautiful downtown Oakland, California!!!
Short trip on my Rollerblades from the Amtrak Station there to my motel providing my train arives on time Saturday and possibly some running around and site-seeing the remainder of that day with Tom Petty playing the Out Land Festival at Gateway Park that night!!! Although having no ticket for that sold out event not sure if I'll be heading up that way you know.
Finally the exact moment of the Full Moon should be on Sunday and I'll be there!!! With the August Full Moon shining brightly over my head there. . . in beautiful Oakland, California!!!!! See You There!!! Quake Chaser/EQ Guy
UPDATE: Although there are a number of EQ Blog entries covering this now Official "Quake Chase 2014: Oakland". . . here is the one with vids and pics and by the way that Quake Chase to Oakland is today considered a SUCCESS due to 6.0 Richters San Francisco/Napa, California Earthquake striking 10 days after I returned home, BUT jusst 3 hours before August New Moon Window!!!
